A free non-obligation Consultation is given for a general overview of your aims and goals and current health and lifestyle before assessments or personal training is arranged

Fitness and Lifestyle Assessment (Up to 2 hours)	£30.00 per hour Postural assessment Health & Lifestyle questionnaire Fitness Testing
Personal Training (1 hour)	£30.00

For travel outside the St Ives/Hayle area please allow an additional travel expenditure cost

A 24-hour cancellation policy is in place for all appointments. Any appointments cancelled or postponed within 24-hours of the beginning of a session or non-attendance of a session will incur a full cancellation fee or appointments being deemed as used
