BEACH FIT

As well as One to One Personal Fitness & Lifestyle Coaching, Carolyn runs her weekly group Fitness class “Beach Fit”, (weather permitting) for ladies of all ages and abilities! This is a great opportunity to be with like- minded women, who wish to be inspired and motivated towards new and exciting fitness goals and challenges. Getting in amongst the elements and using the surroundings of the beach, fields and sand dunes, she blends the exhilaration of being outdoors with a wonderful combination of fitness exercises and techniques to give your mind and body a real boost.

Exercising in the outdoors is the perfect environment. With so many different terrains and working against the elements your body will be working harder and stronger. Carolyn teaches a whole host of exercises functional to your every day life, whether using your own body weight or the environment itself. It is great for toning and strengthening your whole body, increasing your metabolism and fitness levels and above all leaving you with a real workout high.

A fresh approach to total body conditioning that’s simple, effective and above all FUN! What better way to enjoy our fitness freedom than by using the feel-good factor created by the great outdoors

Training in the outdoors is a real boost! A real injection of raw energy! So come and join in withlike minded women who wish to look and feel good for the Summer, whether you want to get Beach Fit, Surf Fit or just simply Fit.

For Women of all ages (over 16) and abilities! Participants must be free from any condition that may be affected by physical activity.

Every Wednesday 6.30 - 7.30 pm at St Ives Holiday Park at the Beach Car Park. Starts Wednesday 3rd June

Directions : Turn off the A30 to Hayle. Turn right at the roundabout (at Lidl's) and head towards Gwithian / Godrevy. Half a mile up the road on left hand side.
