Carolyn is an extremely vivacious, positive person and a joy to be around

I asked Carolyn to be my personal trainer because I had been having huge problems finding the right training regime for me. I have a very bad back and seemed trapped in an unending cycle of having my back go every few months just as I was getting into the swing of exercising. I realised I was doing something wrong & roped in Carolyn to try and help….and help she did.

Carolyn was meticulous in her approach & extremely thorough in her appraisal of my condition. She seemed to get to the root of the problem straight away & having adopted her regime my back’s been a lot better. I was really impressed, particularly as I’ve been seeing practically every practitioner under the sun for the past 10 years!

In addition to all this, Carolyn is an extremely vivacious, positive person & a joy to be around. She’s a great personal trainer and is greatly missed in good old Brighton!

The workouts are tough, but we always managed to have a laugh

From my first consultation with Carolyn I knew she would be the right person to train me, as she is very professional, but also friendly and fun as well, but most of all Carolyn is a superb motivator, which is especially important for someone like myself who was definitely not over enthused with the gym !

The workouts are tough,( but we always managed to have a laugh) , more importantly the rewards are fantastic and I have lost a stone in weight and feel and look fitter than ever and that is wholly down to Carolyn, because without her help I would never have got in the shape I am now.

I started seeing Carolyn because, to be honest, I'm lazy and was never going to exercise and change my lifestyle without someone's boot poised at my derriere ready to give a good hard kick into action. And Carolyn proved to be a most charming boot-camp leader and never failed to get just that extra lift/clench/push/pull out of me through gentle coaxing and knowing exactly what I was actually capable of - even if I didn't know it myself.

I was looking for someone to set me on a path to achieving sustainable body conditioning and regular exercise and Carolyn's enthusiasm and unending energy has given me the impetus to do just that - she's changed the the way I look at my body and consequently how I treat it.

I trained with Carolyn Andrews for a year and over that time I found her to be a fantastically motivational and efficient trainer. Carolyn took particular care to design training sessions specifically for my needs and weaknesses and I noticed a very quick improvement in my fitness and body tone. She managed to keep me interested in training by varying the exercises and including new and harder work once my fitness improved. Carolyn is a lovely person and has a fantastic sense of humour so it was never a chore and I actually looked forward to our training sessions.

As a 38 year old couch potato who had always hated exercise Carolyn not only motivated me in our training sessions, but completely changed the way I think about exercise. The sessions I had with Carolyn were fun and I achieved tremendous results very quickly. Every session was different, reducing fat and creating muscle tone. Carolyn listened to what I wanted to achieve and gave me the confidence to train in the gym on my own in between our sessions (and the motivation to go!). I can not recommend Carolyn highly enough - her training is effective and really enjoyable.
